After coming to the end of another busy month, we’re back with a monthly review. In May we continued the established trend of rapid growth and came out with some key updates. We look forward to delivering more as we creep closer to Blank Wallet’s release in June.

In case you’re not in the loop, here’s what happened with Blank Wallet over the last month:

Continued Growth

Following in April’s footsteps, we added even more to our rapidly expanding team. With a total of four new hires, we’re really excited to see how these new additions make a positive impact going forward.

You can find out more about our new hires in the posts below:

Blank also continued to receive attention on social media, with our Twitter account gaining approximately 4000 new followers over the month.

The Tor Project

In addition, we have donated to The Tor Project and joined their membership program in an effort to support privacy worldwide. We share The Tor Project’s vision of making privacy available to everyone and wish to establish deeper connections with projects we genuinely care for. Tor is a titan of the privacy space and we’re happy to be associated with such a prestigious project.

Privacy should be available to everyone, always!

Development & Early Access

Our early access bug bounty program concluded early in the month. We sent $BLANK token rewards to those that helped us hunt bugs and provide feedback to improve our product. We’re extremely grateful to our community for participating and can’t wait to see the impact on release.

The development team has taken your feedback on board and has fixed minor bugs and UI glitches. They are now working hard on ironing out remaining bugs before the upcoming release for the smoothest launch possible.

Key Features Announced

We’ve been working hard on features that go beyond basic privacy. Here at Blank, privacy is our foundation, and giving users privacy without sacrificing functionality has been a top priority. We’ve announced key features that make Blank Wallet stand out from the competition, without compromising on our fundamentals. Reclaiming your privacy shouldn’t be an obstacle, and with Blank Wallet it doesn’t have to be.

As the month progressed, we announced the following key features:

Compliant transactions on demand

Blank Wallet gives users the freedom to reveal their transactions to third parties. This ensures that compliance with regulatory bodies remains possible.

Hardware wallet support

Connect TREZOR or Ledger devices to Blank Wallet for maximum privacy and security.

Swaps & DEX functionality

Our integrated DEX aggregator allows users to make swaps directly from the wallet while finding optimal trades.

$BLANK Liquidity Rewards

Around the beginning of the month, we announced a new $BLANK liquidity rewards program. This was a follow-up to April’s program and launched as a refined and updated version of the previous one. We integrated with Unicrypt to provide our liquidity farming solution. Simply put, this means:

  • No minimum deposits
  • No more whitelists
  • Rewards will now be distributed on a block by block basis instead of monthly
  • You can now remove liquidity without losing previous farming progress

About Blank Wallet

Blank is the most private, non-custodial Ethereum browser extension wallet.

Blank allows the user to easily interact with privacy smart contracts on Ethereum to hide the amounts and the origins of cryptocurrency held, in a decentralized, non-custodial, and frictionless manner.

Blank solves the problem of privacy in crypto transactions. Each time you want to make a withdrawal, Blank will create a new wallet address for you with the amount of crypto that you requested. This address originates from the smart contract where everyone’s funds are pooled. All of this is achieved using cryptographic proofs to ensure that the user cannot be linked with the original depositing address.

With crypto transactions increasing, on-chain transaction privacy is being highly discussed to keep you safe from exposing yourself. Blank has developed a system that adds the ultimate protective layer to your crypto transactions while facilitating every function that other wallets offer.

Anyone can easily install Blank and start reaping the privacy benefits in no time at all. Besides the smart contract functionality, Blank wallet offers a higher level of privacy due to Tor integration. Upcoming functionality includes DeFi web3 integrations as well as support for Metamask Snaps Plugins to allow for seamless connectivity and usage.
